[lttng-dev] [RELEASE] LTTng modules 2.0.3

The LTTng modules provide Linux kernel tracing capability to the LTTng
2.0 tracer toolset.

Except for the free_event_id minor fix, upgrading is really needed if
compiling against a 3.4+ kernel.
