[ltt-dev] LTTng 0.160 for kernel 2.6.30.9

Hi,

LTTng 0.160 supports kernel 2.6.30.9. Using CONFIG_TREE_RCU with kernel
2.6.30.x is recommended due to problems encountered with mainline
PREEMPT and CLASSIC RCU.

Even with TREE RCU, combining heavy busy looping of
ltt-armall/ltt-disarmall and cpu hotplug/hotunplug activity is not a
good idea. I fear the problem seems to come from RCU, but I have been
unable to find the culprit in a bounded amount of time.
