<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Within each chunk these restrictions are respected.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Therefore my question is what does this limitation actually mean? Is it more so in the direction that the archives will not respect these limits because the chunks accumulate? Or am I missing the point entirely?</span></p>
