[lttng-dev] [PATCH lttng-modules] Update .gitignore from upstream

All merged into master, stable-2.11, stable-2.10.

Note that for stable-2.10, I had to pick up 2 extra commits for btrfs
so the "constify" patch would apply cleanly:
