Can you reproduce if you remove the following contexts ? 

lttng add-context -u -t perf:thread:cpu-cycles 
lttng add-context -u -t perf:thread:cycles 
lttng add-context -u -t perf:thread:instructions 

And if you only keep a single of those contexts ?
