[lttng-dev] LTTng on kernel 2.6.32

[Mathieu Desnoyers]

See lttng-modules linux-patches subdirectory. Those are
patches needed for the older kernels (they apply to kernels,
not lttng-modules).

Newer versions of lttng-modules may need more modifications
to the kernel, no guarantee there. Those old kernels are
not supported.
