Actually, the static jump label bypass is not needed here, thanks to
data->disabled which skips nested events. I was seeing the machine
reboots in earlier attempts to add a tracepoint elsewhere in the
irqsoff tracer (before the delta checks). We should be OK with the
static jump label after all.

I'll simplify that part of the patch before resubmitting.
