[lttng-dev] UST enum patchset in perparation for merge

Hi Geneviève,

I took the last versions of the ust and tools patchsets you sent
me, and fixed a couple of issues with the patches. The current
result is in those dev branches:

git at github.com:compudj/lttng-ust-dev.git branch: ust-enum

git at github.com:compudj/lttng-tools-dev.git branch: ust-enum
