[lttng-dev] Updated man pages for http://lttng.org/documentation

Hi,

I looks like recently created man-pages are not available on the web page.

The following links are currently dead:
http://lttng.org/files/doc/man-pages/man3/lttng-ust-cyg-profile.3.html
http://lttng.org/files/doc/man-pages/man3/lttng-ust-dl.3.html

The documentation main page is also not listing the new man pages:
LTTng-UST man pages: lttng-ust(3), lttng-gen-tp(1)

Please add html versions for the newer man pages and also add them to
the LTTng-UST man pages list.
