[lttng-dev] LTTV build failure in ubuntu 12.04

Also, LTTV is built daily and is available on the LTTng daily PPA,
along with the rest of the toolchain. It is built for 12.04, 13.10 and
14.04 (last LTS, last stable release and future release).

Since it does not get thaaaat much attention, the build configuration
can be a little bit out of date, so feel free to report any problem
with the package.
