[ltt-dev] [RFC] Userspace tracing for people who only use printf

Hello tracing world,
I wrote up a little document on how to use UST for new users. I am 
certain I have some innacuracies in there. The document is written for 
user space programmers that are used to using printf, and if we're lucky 
fprintf. It should be able to start them up.
