Try also with -L$HOME/GNU/ust-0.15/libust

(and wherever your libust .so are located within the build tree)

possibly -L$HOME/GNU/ust-0.15/.libs/
or
possibly -L$HOME/GNU/ust-0.15/libust/.libs/
