[ltt-dev] UST instrumentation API : trace_mark slow deprecation

Hi,

I just added back a compability macro for trace_mark() into UST (and
MARK_NOARGS), so that we deprecate them slowly over time rather than do
a fast API breakage that would be frustating for our users. This will
very likely save everyone a lot of unrequired swearing.
