[ltt-dev] keeping "acked-by" fields in the commits

Hi,

Just a note to point out that the "Acked-by" should be kept with the
commits, just under the "Signed-off-by" in the UST commits. This way we
can trace back who reviewed and accepted the patches.

Technically, whoever commits the patch should also put their
"Signed-off-by".
