[ltt-dev] IRQ timing accuracy of LTTng? (on ARM)

FYI, on ARM, LTTng only supports ccnt register based timestamps for
OMAP3 (which is very accurate). Other ARM sub-architectures rely on the
generic trace clock which gives a jiffy (HZ) accuracy.
