[ltt-dev] LTTng 0.156 and 0.157 for 2.6.30 update trace clock 32-to-64 support

Hi,

New updated lttng versions fix the trace clock support. Mostly used for
ARM and MIPS.

The port to 2.6.31 will have to wait a bit since I am busy currently.
