Yep, started here. But I can't find a way to determine the version of lttng
once it is patched into the kernel. The only clue I had was the facility
checksum for ltt_facility_kernel_arch. So I exhaustively searched the
kernel patches for ltt_facility_kernel_arch_93C7DAA1.

What I found was lttng versions 0.6.51 and 0.6.52 have this checksum.
According to the compatibility chart, these are the versions used to
patch 2.6.20-rc1-git7.

So what TI supplied my client for the davinci chip is a 2.6.18 kernel
with ltt for a 2.6.20 kernel.

My client used the compatibility chart to determine he needed ltt-control
version 0.30 for the 2.6.18 kernel. But ltt-control 0.30 is not compatible
with lttng 0.6.51/0.6.52.

I am going to assume TI had a reason to use lttng 0.6.51/0.6.52. I will
install ltt-control 0.33 and see if I can get a readable trace.
