As we discussed in:
"Re: [PATCH 2/2] Make ltt support enable/disable each channel",

Now we can set ltt_active_marker.channel to "enum ltt_channels" instead of
offset in ltt_trace_struct.

This patch needs apply on top of following patchs:
[PATCH 1/2] Move ltt_trace_struct.channels[].overwrite to
ltt_trace_struct.channels[].flags
[PATCH 2/2] Make ltt support enable/disable each channel
