<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">open the file using the full qualified path name. This patch also deals with problems with<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">directory handles.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Patch 28 adds a binary flag for the fdopen() command as is required for Windows.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
