[lttng-dev] Tracing page waits with LTTng 2.3.0

buffer_wait_start and buffer_wait_end were available because
__wait_on_buffer() (linux/fs/buffer.c:124) was instrumented. It is not
the case anymore so I'm afraid there are no equivalents.
